Company Profile
On Line Labour Hire specialises in providing businesses with immediate access to suitably skilled personnel. The personnel are our own staff; so we handle all payroll and entitlement responsibilities. Our people can be placed as casual, part time, permanent part time or full time employees. At the end of each pay week a time sheet is faxed to us, we pay the employee and then invoice the host employer on 14 day terms.

How did we start?
Ten years ago, the founder of On Line Labour Hire, Mr Norman Mogg, was in Muswellbrook with his painting company and found himself needing skilled staff.  Labour Hire was suggested to him for the first time and he took advantage of the service. Impressed with the concept, he decided on his return to form his own labour hire company to service the Shoalhaven area.

Where are we now?
We now provide a wide range of skilled and unskilled personnel to a variety of companies stretching as far inland as Goulburn, and along the coast from Sydney to Bega. These companies range in size from sole operators to major companies.
