OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

We all have a part to play in ensuring a safe working environment.

All On Line Labour Hire employees undergo our own general safety induction process, and they are all made aware of their own OH&S responsibilities.

Effectively managing OH&S is an ongoing process, we achieve this through a combination of checklists and site visits which we complete with the host employer.

This occurs prior to, on commencement, and during the hosting of an On Line Labour Hire employee.

Our intention by no means is to interfere with a company's own OH&S policy, but to bring our own policies to the front gate of the host company, and then to partner with them from then on.

We will (upon request) help assess, guide and assist in achieving OH&S procedures.

We are currently working with some of our major clients in developing programs in which we are able combine part of their own induction processes with ours; this effectively prepares staff before they go out on their work assignments.

This reflects the commitment our employees have to work, and also saves the host employer down time in covering non specific site information at the beginning of the first work day.
