If so, On Line Labour Hire is your solution. On-hired employees are our employees so we pay their wages, workers compensation, superannuation, payroll tax and other relevant industry allowances. We issue weekly pay slips and annual Payment Summaries to these employees. As their host employer, your business is charged hourly rates for the time worked by these employees on a weekly basis.

DIRECT PLACEMENTS

 

If your preference is to employ an individual directly, On Line Labour Hire can support your business by offering our professional recruitment process. We take a flexible approach to our service and will adapt it to your preferences. Our recruitment process typically follows these steps:
  • Sourcing of candidates through our candidate database
  • Preparation of positions vacant advertisements when necessary
  • Analysing resumes and pre-screening applicants
  • Conducting a first round of interviews to short list applicants
  • Conducting employment reference checks
  • Providing you with resumes from a qualified short list of applicants
  • Arranging interviews between you and your chosen applicants
  • Follow up with unsuccessful applicants

We will charge a pre-negotiated fee in line with our Fees Schedule, payable only if you decide to employ a candidate that we have introduced to you. On Line Labour Hire will endeavour to provide you with a candidate entirely suited to your business, but if the candidate placed by us leaves your employment within eight weeks, On Line Labour Hire will recruit a replacement for that candidate at no extra cost.
